It was a stunning awe when Magento announced that it will hold its first ever Magento Live India event on May 2, 2017, at The Leela Palace, in Bengaluru. And we got an extraordinary chance to meet the Magento Community and examine the latest patterns and updates in Magento.
These opportunities have given us the chance to experience the energy and excitement of our Magento community in India and share our experience about MagentoLive event. I and one of my colleagues were excited to attend the event.
Firstly, we visited MagentoLive event at The Leela Palace, in Bengaluru on May 2, 2017 with a warm welcoming at the registration desk.
After that we had General session of Mark Lavelle, CEO, Magento Commerce in which he shared his experience about amazing digital transformation in India. It was great to know new approach towards digital transformation in India.
Second General session mentioned PM Narendra Modi’s evangelism of digital payment given by Anupam Pahuja, Managing Director, PayPal India giving us insight about digital payment.
The way in which both the identities explained their parts were marvelous.
At that point, we had Breakout Session I on Magento 2 by Vijay Golani, Magento U Trainer and Vice President of Development, Wagento who spoke to the advancement ideas driving the functions, design, and workings of the Magento 2 platform.
Then we had Breakout Session II by Ben Marks, Evangelist, Magento Commerce clarifying about the Best Practices to create Extensions and Marketplace EQP. To offer your expansion in the Magento Marketplace, it should first pass the Extension Quality Program (EQP). In this session, we found the best tips and traps to clear every one of the checks, and begin offering quick.
After lunch break we had Breakout Session III by Jason Woosley, SVP of Product & Technology, Magento Commerce & Max Yekaterynenko, Director of Community Engineering, Magento Commerce on Understanding Magento 2.2, a specialized profound plunge into Magento 2.2 offerings and how you can control your business for what’s to come.
We had Refreshment break and then Breakout Session V by Talesh Seeparsan, CTO, Bit79 the first step to building Secure Magento Extension, discussed on the accessible instruments and procedures to make our customizations considerably more flexible to assaults. Learned about the methodologies and instruments refined from years of working with Magento and web security. These techniques gave us the certainty that our product doesn’t contain vulnerabilities.
Breakout Session VI by Max Yekaterynenko, Director of Community Engineering, Magento Commerce about Magento development experience that covers Magento 2 architectural directions and community contributions.
And completion of all session there was a general session for sharing views on Magento and queries with the speaker.
They were pleased looking at the response from India towards Magento. And we are honored when we came to know that they will plan the MagentoLive 2018 in India.
