Your Resume & Interview Screening
Once we get your resume, we will evaluate it and match with our current requirements. If it matches well, we will consider your application and forward your resume to the suitable department. Your interview will be scheduled by the human resources department.

Sample Screening Task
If you have applied for a technical profile, we would like to see your core technical competency before we go ahead. We will assign you a sample technical task and would want you to complete it to evaluate your technical skills further.

Second Interview
Once you pass the test with flying colors, it is the time for the technical interview. A team lead or senior member of the department will take your interview. It is very crucial for us to ensure that you are technically sound and have a superior understanding of technical know-hows.

HR Discussion & Offer
When we get a green signal, the final round with the HR will begin. Here, we will discuss in-length about company’s expectations, your job profile, rules, and regulations, your pay offer, and other crucial details. Once everything is discussed, we will give you the final offer.
